NEW: MCML x ‘Asylum’ Tee
A few days ago local designer Myles Merritt-Lee premiered visuals on various social networks from his self-named developing brand MCML (Myles Christopher Merritt-Lee). The photos were captured at an abandoned mental asylum in Prince Georges County, Maryland by photographer Lloyd Foster. The visuals are very consistent with the brands aesthetics which were an array of black and white shots. The shirt itself is a very simple black t-shirt with large white circles on both the front and the back of the shirt giving it a “hole effect”; the shirt also has the brands initials right below the back collar of the shirt in a very small, but discrete font. This is the third piece in counting for his uprising collection. Still there is no set release date for any of his merchandise, but when asked when will he begin selling pieces his response was, “soon very soon……” For more updates on the brand you can follow Myles on Instagram @MCML93 and the MCML offical twitter page @MCML_1950.
