Chris Brown shows off major growth as he has a mature interview with Hot 97 Ebro In The Morning Show, while discussing sensitive subjects like his future with Karrueche, making peace with Rihanna and serving jailtime. It is very refreshing and pleasing to say that least, that there is light at the end of the dark tunnel for Chris Brown. He has managed to bounce back very well after spending time in jail with the success of his new album, healthier relationship and choosing peace over drama. It seems like for this change is for good this time around as the singer is now 25 and really thinking about his future and trying to drop that “bad/thug” label. Check out the videos, divided into three parts, of Breezy’s interview. He just reminded everyone why we fell in love with him in the first place.
Directed by Goodwin. ILOVEMAKONNEN finally drops an official music video for his remix hit with Drake, “Tuesday”. For his “King Unchained” digital cover story with VIBE magazine, Tyga tells all in his exclusive cover story interview. Things doesn’t seem to be running to smoothly over at the YMCMB camp. First Lil Twist voiced his concerns with the release of his music and his management and recently Tyga vented his frustrations with them as well, hinting he might leave the group too. Now, the Cali rapper reveals even more about what’s really going on and even calls out Drake and Nicki Minaj too. It has been reported that Nicki unfollowed Tyga on Twitter after his rant. Check out what Tyga told VIBE about how he’s been feeling since signing with Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment label, his recent work with Kanye West, friendship with Chris Brown, relationship with Blac Chyna and Kylie Jenner. Read the full interview here.
Is Young Money a part of the creative process on this album?
Nah. I tend to distance myself from them.
Are you trying to break out on your own?
Yeah, I’m tryna’ go independent. I don’t really get along with Drake. I don’t really get along with Nicki.
I don’t like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me. I like his music; you know what I’m saying? I think his music is good, but we’re all different people. We were forced together and it was kinda’ like we were forcing relationships together. It is what it is. But I been friends with Chris [Brown] for like six years. That’s my real genuine friend. We hang out all the time. He lives up the street from me, so we don’t just do music we hang. I think being signed to Young Money, everybody felt like they had to force a relationship ‘cause Wayne put us together. At the end of the day the reason why I signed to Young Money is because of Wayne. Not because of Drake, not because of Nicki. It was because of Wayne and my relationship with him. I try to be cool with everybody, but sometimes, everybody just has different personalities, motives, and different characters. When you realize that, you realize that’s not a place where you want to continue to grow.
Drake excites us with the release of this new track “How About Now”. No word yet on a new project, but with the random releases of these singles like “0 To 100” and “We Made It”…hopefully something is cooking up. In the meantime enjoy this new hit, that gives off his classic vibe with the perfect R&B sampling:
