Noisettes – Wild Young Hearts

Noisettes are “The Hottest New Upcoming Band” according to Entertainment Weekly. They have been together for about five years and come straight out of London. I just recently saw them perform on The Wendy Williams Show and fell in love with ther sound. Their genre is that of Indie Rock and have a refreshing old school sound to them. Their newest album is called Wild Young Hearts and has already been released in the UK, back in April. I’m not sure on when they are set to be released in the U.S. But sB! will be sure to let you know when. In the mean time you can check out their video for their new single “Never Forget You”:

TK release $50 “TK’s” in 2010

Of course i gotta speak on TK’s. First off, i just wanna say, THESE SHOES ARE SOOOO F#%KIN’ CRACK!!!! The shoe itself is unfuckin’ believable and the price itself is unfuckin’ believable. I now have a HUGE smile on my face. Coppin’ as sooooon as dey hit da stores.
Now, its time for the paste.
Word to Jeff Staple, Fat Joe, Stephon Marbury, and soon you can add Terry “TK” Kennedy to the list. TK spilt the beans about his upcoming clothing line with KR3W and also talks about his $50 skate shoe that will release next year.
While on UNsportsmanship, one of the guys teases TK about his shoe and says Kanye will never make a shoe as hot as the TK Society.
I love TK’s but uhm iont kno about dat statement.

The Soulful Jay Electronica
Shotout to my man SB Travie for introducing me to this guy. His name is Jay Electronica. And when he’s not making babies with Erykah Badu (no joke, they had a baby February 1, 2009), he makes hip-hop music. His musical style is comparable to the sounds of Common, Mos Def, and other soulful rappers. I guess Badu’s abstract style is rubbing off on him, too, because this is some very different hip-hop. Here’s one of his songs, “Renaissance Man”. Give it a listen. And download his mixtape. There’s alot of promise here, and we need more rappers like him. Enjoy!

Nike Fall 09′ Collection Stadium Jacket/Varsity Jacket
Nike Sportswear has been consistently dropping essential Fall staples for the past few weeks from its Fall 2009 collection. This time around, we are looking at a new Stadium Jacket and a new Varsity Jacket.
The Varsity Jacket is simlar to the Stadium Jacket with some varying minor details in the zipper placket and zipped chest pockets.
Nike is really steppin’ their game up with addin’ the more trendier fashion with a sporty kind of look to it. To me, it seems like dey tryin’ to get in where dey fit in. &&i digg dat. Its not one Jacket on here that i wouldn’t rock, actually, i would rock ALL of em.
Big ups Nike. More Varsity Jackets over the HUMP.

Stussy Fall 2009 Collection
Few new items have been released by Stussy including tees, chino pants, football crew tops and varsity fleece jacket.
Three quarter sleeved football crew top comes in two colorways of black and grey with contrasting logo emblem on the chest that can not be any more cleaner. While the varsity fleece is perfect for the coming months with classic double “S” logo and Stussy tag on the front and World Tribe graphics largely printed on the back.
U MAY BE AMAZED. There are a lot of effin fly ass pics of STUSSY garments just over this small hill.

Jil Sander x UNIQLO. Fall 09′ J+ Collection
Even though Jil Sander’s namesake brand doesn’t involve one of our favorite designers anymore, she will be deep in our hearts with her upcoming collaboration with Japanese retailer, UNIQLO.
Apparently, Sander is some sort of a compulsive designer who oversees detail in her work with UNIQLO from developing fabric to monitoring production overseas. While we only have a slight glimpse into this highly discussed and anticipated collection, it seems like her collection, J+, will continue to embody everything the fans loved about her designs simple, well-cut, basic and timeless. Some pieces from the collection include well fitted suits, khakis, plaid button downs and a hooded grey wool woven jacket. While all basics seem like there’s nothing out of the ordinary, these pieces will AMAZE when tried on. To top it off, the affordable prices should also make your heart and wallet leap in joy when the collection is released later this Fall.
While UNIQLO has yet to release more details on the launch, we are keeping our ears and eyes open to snap some up before everyone else does
