Manny Majors | The Cool Kids @ Carnegie Mellon

How often do you get a well-known celebrity to perform at your college? Not too often right? Well, CMU had its lucky day when the Cool Kids came to perform. It wasn’t homecoming. It was not a charity event. It was just a concert… and they surely did deliver. While they may not have been the main act (they were openers for Aesop Rock), they were definitely the only artists I had intended on seeing. Perhaps some of the coolest artists you’ll find, Cool Kids does it like no other. Not only did they light up the stage in CMU but they even went as far as chillin’ and talking to fans afterwards. They spent at least 30 minutes or so in the parking lot asking us what the moves were for the night. lol. Truly down-to-earth fellas and the music is unparalleled. Be sure to look out for any mixtape or album this duo is set to drop. It is sure to be fire.
